Important Update: Shipping to the USA
We want to keep all our U.S. customers up to date with the latest changes affecting deliveries.
As of 26th August 2025, Royal Mail and other parcel services have temporarily suspended exports of parcels to the United States. This follows new U.S. import regulations that come into effect on 29th August 2025, whereby all parcels containing purchases from the UK will be subject to customs duties.
What does this mean for you?

Parcels to the USA are currently on hold while Royal Mail and other couriers update their systems.

Services are due to resume on Thursday 28th August once the new system is live.
What if I’ve already placed an order?
If your order was shipped before the suspension, it should still be processed by U.S. customs, although there may be minor delays. If your order has not yet left the UK, we will hold it safely and dispatch it via the new service once it becomes available on Thursday 28th.
Looking ahead
Our current US retail prices have been adjusted to include a proportion of the new customs duties and we are covering the remainder, thereby eliminating unexpected charges.
