In this lesson we’ll be focusing on the delicate colour scheme and creating a luminous light effect.
With this lesson I decided to not start with my traditional block-in (I explain in this lesson the reason behind this). Instead I have taken a more direct approach, I’ll guide you through how to carefully build up the tones and transitions from the very start by using oil paint with no block-in layer at all!
In this 17 part lesson we will explore techniques to develop a glowing sunlit effect and work on the skills needed to achieve the gentle blends and fine delicate details which make this scene really stand out.
